Account deletion

Delete your Orosvera account.

Orosvera lets users delete their account in the app and request deletion outside the app. This page is intended for Google Play's external account/data deletion URL field.

Delete In The App

Open Orosvera and go to: Settings -> Account -> Delete Account.

Follow the confirmation prompts. This is the fastest way to delete your account.

Request Deletion By Email

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@orosvera.com.

Use the subject: Orosvera Account Deletion Request.

Include:

• The email address on your Orosvera account.
• Your display name, if known.
• Your phone number or user ID, if known.
• Whether you want account deletion, data deletion, or a data export before deletion.

Do not send your password.

What Is Deleted

Account deletion is intended to remove or de-identify:

• Account/profile data.
• Workout logs.
• Goals, programs, benchmarks, baselines, and training profile fields.
• Adaptive Coach, Coach Style, Body Load, Balance Day, and closeout data tied to the account.
• Custom Group memberships and invites tied to the account.
• Firebase Authentication account where technically available.

What May Be Retained Temporarily

Some information may remain for limited periods in backups, security logs, crash/diagnostic records, analytics records already processed by Firebase/Google, and records required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons.

These records are retained only as needed and expire under normal retention processes.

Handling Timeline

Verified manual deletion requests are handled within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by law. We may ask for additional verification before deleting data.
