Orosvera ("Orosvera", "we", "us", "our", "the app", or "the service") is a fitness and training guidance app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it is shared, and how you can delete or request access to your data.

Orosvera provides Home, Community, Workout, and Me tab features for workout logging, goals, training profile tools, Adaptive Coach guidance, Body Load insights, Balance Day suggestions, and Custom Groups for accountability. Orosvera is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or injury prevention.

Information We Collect

We collect information needed to create accounts, operate the app, personalize training guidance, support Community features, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

Account Information

• Email address for account creation, login, verification, password reset, and support.
• Password handled by Firebase Authentication. We do not see or store your plaintext password.
• Phone number when required for account identity, account recovery, Custom Group invites, and stable backend user matching.
• Display name shown in the app and to people in Custom Groups you join.
• Firebase UID and Orosvera user identifiers used to connect your account to your app data.

Training Profile And Fitness Information

• Personal goals and supporting goals.
• Structured and freestyle workout setup.
• Workout logs, exercises, sets, reps, weight, duration, distance, floors, calories, pace, notes, session feedback, Coach Style, closeout feedback, and timestamps.
• Benchmarks, baselines, personal records, confirmed maxes, trends, and progression history.
• Body Load, Balance Day, Prime Today, Live Coach, and Adaptive Coach inputs/outputs.
• Optional Me tab profile fields such as body weight, height, sex/gender or "prefer not to say", training experience, units, equipment, and default Coach Style.

Optional body/profile fields are private by default and are used to personalize training guidance. They are not shown to Custom Groups unless a future feature asks for explicit sharing permission.

Community And User-Generated Content

• Group memberships, invite status, group roles, and group names.
• Display name and progress summaries visible to members of groups you join.
• Custom programs you create, fork, publish, or share.
• Workout notes, program notes, group-related activity, and other content you enter.

Subscription And Entitlement Information

Orosvera currently includes a beta subscription/entitlement framework. During beta, current testers may be fully unlocked even though StoreKit and Google Play Billing are not active. We may store entitlement state such as tier, beta unlock status, subscription status, and related feature access flags.

If paid subscriptions become active later, purchases and billing will be handled by Apple App Store and/or Google Play. We would receive purchase/entitlement status needed to unlock features, but payment card details are handled by Apple or Google, not Orosvera.

Analytics And Diagnostics

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app usage and fix problems. Analytics may include app events such as signup, login, workout setup, workout completion, Coach Style selection, Live Coach enablement, Body Load opening, Balance Day generation, group invite actions, and account deletion. These events are used for product analytics and app functionality, not advertising.

Crash and diagnostic data may include device model, operating system version, app version, crash stack traces, performance diagnostics, and internal error context. We avoid sending sensitive body details, private notes, pain details, or exact workout values in analytics event parameters.

Information We Do Not Collect

• Precise or approximate location.
• Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone access.
• Apple Health or Google Health Connect data.
• Advertising identifiers for cross-app tracking.
• Data for third-party advertising or sale.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to create and secure accounts, sync workouts and preferences, provide Home recommendations, Workout logging, Adaptive Coach, Prime Today, Live Coach, Body Load, Balance Day, Me profile, Community features, support, diagnostics, analytics, and Terms enforcement.

Orosvera does not sell personal information and does not use personal information for third-party advertising.

How Information Is Shared

We share information only as needed to operate the app, comply with law, protect users, or use service providers acting on our behalf.

• Firebase / Google for authentication, analytics, crash reporting, and app diagnostics.
• DigitalOcean for backend hosting and database infrastructure.
• Cloudflare for traffic protection, routing, and request security.
• Apple App Store and Google Play if paid subscriptions are activated later.

Custom Group members may see group-relevant information you make available through Community features. Public programs, if enabled and published by you, may be visible to other Orosvera users.

Data Retention

We keep account and training data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify account-linked app data unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Account And Data Deletion

You can delete your account in the app: Settings -> Account -> Delete Account.

You can also request deletion outside the app at orosvera.com/account-deletion or by emailing privacy@orosvera.com.

Manual deletion requests should include the email address on the account and, if known, the user ID or phone number associated with the account. We may ask for additional verification before deleting data.

Some records may remain in backups, logs, analytics, crash reports, or security records until they expire under normal retention processes. We will complete verified manual deletion requests within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by law.

Your Choices And Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing of your personal information. Contact privacy@orosvera.com to make a request.

You can edit many app fields directly in Orosvera, including training profile details, goals, preferences, benchmarks, and workout logs. Optional profile fields may be left blank.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS/TLS for network traffic, Firebase Authentication for account security, and production backend controls. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

Children

Orosvera is intended for adults 18 and older. The app is not directed to children. Do not use Orosvera if you are under 18.

International Users

Orosvera is operated from the United States. If you use the app from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, laws, or service providers change. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app or another reasonable method. Continued use after an update means the updated policy applies.
